Overview of the Remote Work Visa  

The government of Indonesia introduced the Remote Worker Visa (E33G) program on 1 April   2024. This visa permits eligible foreign nationals to live in Indonesia while working remotely for their overseas employer for up to one year, with the option to renew for another year. To qualify, applicants must be employed by a foreign company, earn a minimum annual income of USD 60,000, and provide evidence of adequate funds, among other requirements.
