South Korea: Increase Gross National Income Requirements

  • South Korea will increase the country’s gross national income (GNI) per capita beginning 1 July 2024 

Overview  

The government of South Korea will increase the country’s gross national income (GNI) per capita beginning 1 July 2024. The new GNI of KRW 44,051,000 will remain in place until 31 March 2025. Currently, the GNI per capita is KRW 42,490,000. The GNI is used for eligibility for certain visa categories in the country.
