The Philippines: Expansion of eTravel Authorization

  • The Philippines will require all travelers, including foreign national employees, to register through the eTravel website prior to departure for the country 

Overview  

The Philippines government reiterated that eTravel is now a mandatory step in the immigration process. As a result, all travelers must register through the eTravel website no more than 72 hours before their departure from the Philippines.  

What are the Changes?  

As of 30 November 2023, the government of the Philippines will require all travelers, including foreign national employees, to register through the eTravel website prior to departure for the country.
