Poland: Immigration Law Updates for 2024

  • Poland will introduce a number of changes to its immigration law over the next several years 


The government of Poland announced plans to examine and redefine its immigration strategy from 2025 through 2030. Over the next several months, the government will examine its current short and long-term migration pathways. From there, proposed policy changes will be reviewed and enacted throughout January through June 2025.
