Overview
The government of Denmark will update the income requirements for foreign national employee visa and work permit applications submitted from 1 January 2024 onwards. As a result, residence and work permits submitted after 31 December 2023 must include the new income requirements. Applications submitted between 1 October and 31 December 2023 will be evaluated according to the income statistics from the second quarter 2023.
