30 June 2022 Update: The government of Australia will allow individuals to continue to access any JobActive accounts until 8:00 pm (AEST) 30 June 2022. Access will reopen on 4 July 2022, after the planned implementation for the new Workforce Australia platform.  

After 4 July 2022, individuals will need to sign into the Workforce Australia platform using their current jobActive account details.

Overview  

The government of Australia will launch a new employment service, known as Workforce Australia, on 4 July 2022. This new service will be used to advertise positions to satisfy labor market test requirements and will be available for viewing by all Australians.  

What are the Changes?  

The government of Australia will introduce a new employment service online platform on 4 July 2022. This new service will replace the Job Advertisement Service, which is used by employers to advertise positions in Australia.
