Employee Profile Improvements
Envoy has recently updated account features to make it easier for your foreign national employees to maintain and update their profile information. More real-time access allows foreign national employees to have more control over their information and makes the process of updating information more efficient.
Now, your employees can visit their Account page by logging into the Envoy app and clicking the “Account” link in the upper right under their name. From there, they can update their profile information.
New Envoy Mobile App
We now have a mobile app for foreign nationals for ease of uploading documents, access to the communication center and push notification for real-time updates. The app takes the stress and frustration out of the immigration process for your foreign national employees who can have complete visibility into and control over the process from anywhere in the world.
You can use the Envoy Mobile app to:
- Ask a direct question to your attorney or in-country expert
- Upload images and files for your visa or green card application
- Review your immigration documents while you’re on the go
