Anna Angel’s immigration practice focuses on business immigration matters, representing employers from varying sectors in their pursuit of immigrant and nonimmigrant sponsorship for foreign national employees. Anna has extensive experience advising on temporary visas such as L, H, O, TN, P, E, J, and B. She also manages the employment-based green card process for clients, including labor certification (PERM) in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories and EB-1(A)(B) and (C) petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers/professors and multinational managers. She has significant experience in physician immigration matters, representing hospitals and foreign national doctors pursuing J-1 waivers and National Interest Waivers in health professional shortage areas. Anna has practiced immigration law since graduating from Cornell Law School in 2012.
