There’s plenty of uncertainty in today’s work environment, but everything from political changes to natural disasters can affect business operations, and as result, employee well-being. Human Resources teams have a responsibility to mitigate risks and maintain a productive workforce, but equally important is protecting the employee experience. In times of uncertainty and shifting economic tides, taking steps to keep employees informed and empowered can prevent turnover and boost morale.
