Envoy Customer Webinar: What To Know About The Public Charge Rule
Click here to download the slide deck.
On January 28, 2020, The Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration can move forward with its public charge rule for non-immigrant visas and green cards. This rule allows the administration to deny green cards or other visas to foreign nationals if they are dependent on, or will likely become dependent on, public-assistance programs. These programs can include food stamps, housing assistance or Medicaid.
This webinar with Envoy’s affiliated law firm, Global Immigration Associates, will walk Envoy customers through the Public Charge rule, who it impacts, the different visa categories affected and next steps for employers and sponsored talent.
