Creating a World Class Employee Transition Experience
For your employees, uprooting and moving to another country is difficult, even when there’s the promise of a new, rewarding job on the other end. From applying for work authorization to relocating families to navigating new cultural norms, there is much to consider during an international transition.
But employers can create a better experience for their employees. Envoy’s new report, Global Talent Perspectives 2016, shows that 34 percent of expats who feel they don’t fit into their current company culture say either cultural assimilation training or language classes would help.
In this month’s webinar, we’ll explore the most important parts of managing the transition process. To help you create the most welcoming employee relocation process, Envoy teamed up with AIReS Corporate Relocation Services. Together we share the steps employers can take to facilitate the most seamless transition during global transfers and international hires.
