Sponsoring foreign nationals for work-based visas is a rewarding, yet large investment. As an HR professional, you’ll want to protect the time and financial resources spent recruiting foreign talent by ensuring they stay with your company for the long haul.

Organizing a well-outlined, long-term immigration strategy allows you to manage each employee’s immigration process efficiently while avoiding potential dilemmas down the road.

Join us as we help you understand the benefits of having an immigration policy for your organization and why it matters.

Please note: this webinar is well-suited for HR practitioners with a good understanding of the immigration process and who would like to help craft or improve an internal immigration policy and/or program. If you’re looking for more basic information on immigration, please be sure to check out our resource center or stay tuned for more updates. Content in this publication is not intended as legal advice, nor should it be relied upon as such. For additional information on the issues discussed, consult an Envoy-affiliated attorney or another qualified professional.
