There’s plenty of uncertainty in today’s work environment, and everything from political changes to natural disasters can affect business operations, immigration, mobility and employee well-being. This leaves HR leaders to find solutions to navigate long-term WFH situations and begin the process of how and when to bring employees back into a physical office. In the coming months, they also will play a significant role in advising leadership on how to re-mobilize the workforce and create agile talent acquisition and HR programs that can withstand future challenges. In light of these challenges, HR leaders are looking for actionable insights they can implement at their organizations now and in the future.
