Overview
The Department of State (DOS) has released the August 2024 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect changes in employment-based categories compared to last month.
What are the Changes?
In August 2024, there is little advancement in most employment-based categories compared to the July 2024 Visa Bulletin, with the exception of India. August will also use the Final Action Dates chart.
EB-1
There are no changes from July 2024.
EB-2
India will advance one month to July 15, 2012.
All other countries will remain the same.
EB-3
India will move ahead one month to Oct. 22, 2012.
All other countries will stay the same.
