Overview
The State Department has released the April 2021 Visa Bulletin, which brings advancement in multiple employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
In April 2021, the Final Action Dates chart includes the following key movements:
EB-1
China and India EB-1 will become current in April. In March, both countries had a cutoff date of August 1, 2020. All other countries in EB-1 remain current and unchanged.
EB-2
For EB-2, China will advance approximately six weeks to September 1, 2016. India EB-2 will progress over three months to May 1, 2010. All other countries in EB-2 remain current and unchanged.
EB-3
EB-3 will bring a five-week advancement for China to March 15, 2018. India will advance to September 1, 2010. All other countries in EB-3 remain current and unchanged.
