The authorities of Hong Kong will adjust entry procedures for dependents, foreign domestic helpers, imported workers, students, and foreign nationals entering for training purposes beginning 19 June 2023. Individuals must apply for an entry visa or entry permit and provide proof of holding no criminal record. 

What are the Changes?  

Hong Kong will adjust entry procedures for certain foreign nationals entering for training purposes beginning 19 June 2023. Additionally, the authorities of Hong Kong will continue to process applications under regular procedures until 18 June 2023, regardless of whether a criminal record declaration is filed.
