USCIS Releases New Premium Processing Form

December 6, 2019

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released its new premium processing form that accounts for the recent price increase to $1440.

In a departure from prior years, USCIS will not allow for a grace period to use the old form. This means the new premium processing form is required for cases that are postmarked Dec. 2 or later.
