The October 2020 Visa Bulletin: What to Know

July 23, 2021

Following the publication of the October 2020 Visa Bulletin from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), wait times for certain green card applicants advanced significantly.

This movement is significant for Indian foreign nationals, who represent the largest group of employment-based green card applicants in the U.S, just ahead of China. Join Envoy and Global Immigration Associates Managing Partner Sara Herbek for a closer look at this month’s visa bulletin, what it means for green card applicants, and how employers should proceed.
