There are a number of TN visa benefits that make this option so popular for U.S.-based companies. First, there is no annual cap for the TN visa, which differentiates it from some of the more competitive visa options out there, like the H-1B visa. And, there’s no max out on the TN, which theoretically means it can be renewed indefinitely. The Department of Labor isn’t involved in the process, which means there aren’t any wage restrictions to contend with. And, it’s simple for Canadian and Mexican citizens to apply – no drawn out application process. When assessing a candidate’s eligibility for the TN visa, the process is relatively simple and starts with a basic resume and job description.
