As FY 2022 Cap season approaches, employers have been faced with a number of uncertainties, from new DHS regulations that would replace the lottery system, to a suspension of new H-1B visa issuances due to COVID-19. As a new administration formally takes office, there are still many unknowns about what the H-1B cap season will look like this year.

H-1B Cap Update: January Edition webinar grants attendees one general HR Certification Institute credit toward the PHR, SPHR, GPHR, HRMP, or HRBP certification programs.
