The government of Vietnam set its semiannual mandatory reporting deadline to 5 July 2023. As a result, employers sponsoring foreign national employees must report all employees’ information to the government of Vietnam. The report is required to include information on any foreign national employees employed from 15 December 2022 to 14 June 2023.
