Semiannual Reporting Requirements
The government of Vietnam set its semiannual mandatory reporting deadline to 5 July 2024. As a result, employers sponsoring foreign national employees must report all employees’ information to the government of Vietnam. The report must include information on foreign national employees employed from 15 December 2023 to 14 June 2024.
