Overview
The government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) reminded employers that Emiratization compliance checks will begin on 1 July 2024. All companies must ensure that Emiratization target requirements for the first half of the year have been met.
This aims for a 1% increase in the number of Emiratis in skilled jobs at companies with 50 or more employees, in accordance with the Council of Ministers’ decisions.
