Overview
The government of Thailand will provide additional quarantine locations for all international travelers beginning 11 Jan. 2022. The government will reopen three Sandbox Scheme quarantine destinations for travelers. For a list of these locations, click here.
What are the Changes?
The government of Thailand has added three additional quarantine destinations to its Sandbox Scheme, which allows fully vaccinated travelers to enter Thailand. This will allow eligible travelers to quarantine in more locations throughout Thailand. The quarantine period is seven nights. Eligible travelers must present proof of a valid vaccination certificate, a pre-arrival negative RT-PCR test result and undergo an additional RT-PCR test upon arrival in Thailand.
