The government of Sweden published its 2024 work permit quota for nationals from countries located outside of the European Union (EU). These quotas are as follows:
- Specialists from non-EU nationals: 8,500
- Long-Term B permits: 4,500
- Short-Term L permits: 4,000
- Assignees: 3,500
- B permits: 500
- L permits: 3,000
- UK National Specialists: 3,500
- L permits: 1,400
- B permits: 2,100
