- Applicants who no longer wish to obtain a waiver application must undergo South African exit procedures and exit the country before 31 December 2023.
- Short-term visa holders whose visa validity was issued less than 90 days ago and that have not received a visa extension outcome as of 31 March 2023 are required to depart the country on or before 30 April 2023.
