- Foreign nationals will be permitted to collect residence permits for Lithuania, certificates of right to reside in Lithuania as an EU citizen or a residence permit card for family members of EU citizens from a different division of the Migration Department.
- Foreigners can express their preference for collection at another department by filling out an application form or submitting it to the Migration Department’s customer service unit.
- Options for the delivery of temporary residence permits by mail. The delivery fee remains unchanged at EUR 9.99, the same as for passports or identity cards.
