Overview
On 1 July 2023, the government of Denmark published new Positive Lists for higher education and skilled work. The new Positive List for people with higher education includes 30 job titles, and 36 job titles are included on the Positive List for skilled work.
The list of people with higher education degrees will remain valid until 30 June 2025. The list of skilled workers will remain valid until 31 December 2023. Both lists with specific job titles can be found here.
What are the Changes?
The Danish government published new Positive Lists for people with higher education and skilled work. Both lists include professions that are experiencing a shortage of skilled or highly qualified professionals in Denmark.
