Overview

On 2 September 2023, the government of Denmark introduced changes to the document requirements for accompanying family members from the Faroe Islands. As a result, nationals of the Faroe Islands who submit a new residence permit application as an accompanying family member must be able to provide proof of documentation of sponsorship.
