The State Department has released the January 2022 Visa Bulletin, which will use the Dates for Filing chart for employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
In January 2022, the Dates for Filing chart brings no changes to the following employment-based categories:
EB-1
All countries will stay current for EB-1.
EB-2
All countries will remain unchanged from the December 2021 Visa Bulletin.
EB-3
All countries will remain unchanged from the December 2021 Visa Bulletin.
