Brazil/Japan: Visitor Visa Exemption Agreement

Overview  

The government of Brazil collaborated with the government of Japan to launch a reciprocal exemption visors visa agreement. Under the agreement, holders of valid Brazilian and Japanese passports will be permitted to enter the country for a maximum period of 90 days beginning 30 September 2023.  

What are the Changes? 

The government of Brazil launched a reciprocal visa-free travel agreement with Japan for the purpose of visitor travel. According to the government announcement, these measures will strengthen diplomatic ties between the two countries.
