The government of Barbados extended the validity of National Identification Cards until 20 June 2023. The government shared that this additional time is to ensure that persons may continue to utilize old ID cards to access services.

The government of Barbados will extend the validity of old National Identification cards until the end of June 2023. The government urges holders of old National Identification Cards to register for an updated ID card before the extension deadline.
