The Department of Labour has launched a new work permit management platform that allows employers and applicants to apply for a work permit online.
What are the Changes?
The new platform replaces the previous system of applying for work permits. Previously, applicants had to complete work permit applications manually and submit them in person to the Department of Labour for review.
The electronic work permit platform is expected to improve the application process and reduce turnaround time.
