Companies seeking to hire foreign talent must sponsor these workers via an employment-based visa, such as the H-1B or L-1. These visas also have renewal periods, allowing foreign nationals to work for several years.

But as we discovered in our 2019 Immigration Trends report, rapid green card sponsorship continues to be a critical aspect of a competitive recruiting strategy. Green cards offer an immediate path to permanent residence and can ease foreign national uncertainty. After a green card, workers may then be able to apply for citizenship.

In this exciting 45-minute webinar, we'll walk attendees through the entire immigration process, from an employment-based visa to citizenship.
