The TN visa is a special classification for citizens of Canada and Mexico as part of the United States–Mexico– Canada Agreement (USMCA), formerly known as the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). This useful visa option allows foreign nationals from the two countries in one of many designated professions to travel to the U.S. in the interest of promoting free trade in North America.
