Intended for those at the very top of their fields, the O-1 visa is a special category that permits foreign nationals with extraordinary skills or achievements to work in the U.S. There are a number of skills and unique requirements that each petitioner must have in order to qualify for this visa, but it can be helpful for certain employers and individuals.
