Intended for those at the very top of their fields, the O-1 visa is a special category that permits foreign nationals with extraordinary skills or achievements to work in the U.S. There are a number of skills and unique requirements that each petitioner must have in order to qualify for this visa, but it can be helpful for certain employers and individuals.

This webinar grants attendees one general HR Certification Institute credit toward the PHR, SPHR, GPHR, HRMP, or HRBP certification programs. Attendees pursuing SHRM-CP℠ or SHRM-SCP℠ recertification are also eligible to receive one SHRM PDC. The continuing education certifications allow HRs to demonstrate a mastery of industry operations, best practices and regulations.
