Wednesday, August 11, 2021 | 2 PM ET / 1 PM CT | Duration: 45 min

Join Envoy and our affiliated law firm to find out how employers can successfully bring skilled foreign talent to the U.S. on an O visa. Attendees will leave this webinar with a better understanding of O visa eligibility criteria, validity periods, considerations for employers and more.

Intended for those at the very top of their fields, the O-1 visa is a special category that permits foreign nationals with extraordinary skills or achievements to work in the U.S. There are a number of skills and unique requirements that each petitioner must have in order to qualify for this visa, but it can be helpful for certain employers and individuals.
