February 2025 Visa Bulletin Highlights  

  • Family-Based Categories: The February bulletin showed no changes for the dates for the filing chart or final action dates chart. 
  • Employment-Based Categories: The bulletin showed movement in the final action chart for the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. There was slight movement in the EB-2 category for India and in the EB-3 category for both India and China. There were no movements in the filing dates chart. USCIS will accept adjustment of status applications based on the final action dates chart.
