The following should be considered: • What will the cost be to begin/continue green card sponsorship – is it within the budget? • How will the roll out look - What will the affect be for current/new employees? • Verify with employment counsel on how to draft company procedures within the letter of the state law • Offering green card sponsorship is a valuable asset to attract new global talent • Offering green card sponsorship and benefits packages at the onset can be a tool to attract valuable candidates in industries across the board.
