Geeta Shah, an attorney from Global Immigration Associates (a law firm affiliated with Envoy), has created and submitted hundreds of nonimmigrant and immigrant work visa petitions. She has extensive experience handling B, E, H, L, O and TN visa cases, employment-based green cards and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Requests for Evidence.
