The UK-India Young Professional Scheme
The United Kingdom will open the ballot for the UK-India Young Professionals Scheme (YPS) beginning 18 February 2025 and will remain open until 20 February 2025. Indian nationals aged 18 to 30 can enter a ballot to secure a spot under the YPS scheme.
YPS visa holders can stay up to two years to live, study, travel, or work. Entering the ballot is free, and applicants are selected randomly. Applicants must be at least 18 when planning to travel to the UK. They must also have a qualification at a UK bachelor’s degree level or above and have proof of £2,530 in savings to support themselves in the UK. Applicants should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before entering the ballot.
