Envoy Conversations: Maintaining Employee Experience In A Remote Work Setting

Thursday, October 1, 2020 | 2:00 PM ET / 1:00 PM CT | Duration: 1 Hour

Many organizations have extended their remote work period into the second half of the year, while others have made remote work a permanent policy. Organizations that sponsor foreign talent must also address the unique challenges of managing a remote immigration and mobility program, along with frequently changing restrictions on employment-based visas and international travel. In this environment, immigration and mobility practitioners must also remain focused on maintaining a positive employee experience for their sponsored workforce during a period where there are few opportunities for face-to-face interactions.

About This Event

The fifth installment of Envoy Conversations features an exciting group of HR and mobility practitioners from Nordstrom, SoFi and Change Healthcare who will talk through the policies and best practices they’ve implemented to help ensure foreign nationals feel supported while working remotely. Other topics of discussion include duty of care and the role it plays in a remote work setting, best practices for maintaining open communication channels with employees and proactive strategies for keeping morale and engagement high.
