Overview
With the launch of this new platform, employers will be able to digitize the entire application process for employment-based work permit applications in Belgium.
Key Points
Work permits, including EU Blue Cards, Intra-Company Transferees (ICT) permits, and Single Permits (for work and residence over 90 days) will all be available for submission on the online platform.
Employers can file and check the status of an application online.
Looking Ahead
Single Permits (for work and residence under 90 days) are currently not available to be submitted on the website but are expected to be in the future.
