Improved H-1B Refile Experience
Cap Season can be stressful enough and having to dig around for past application data only further complicates the process. With that in mind, Envoy has improved the overall customer experience for the refiling process. Now, cases that are flagged as “refile” in the platform will feed directly in Workforce Planner, enabling you to easily click to open cases, confirm the information entered into the questionnaire and submit for attorney review.
