Envoy is dedicated to bringing you the best support for your immigration needs. Aside from our strong customer service and proven track record of helping employers navigate the nuances of visa sponsorship, we pride ourselves on our innovative technology.

We’re excited to announce our latest product updates and release – read on to find out what’s new.

Workforce Planner Release

Managing your immigration program just became easier with Envoy’s Workforce Planner. This innovative tool gives employers an end-to-end view of their current and future global immigration needs; provides a full employee census of all sponsored employees; helps employers understand upcoming visa renewals and Green Card cases; and allows you to easily track, manage and forecast budget.

Beta Mobile App Delivery

Envoy’s first mobile app for iOS and Android has officially launched in beta. In fact, we had over 150 volunteers enroll within 48 hours to test our beta mobile app.

This app is intended for individual employees. We are currently testing these features:

  • Communication Center with notifications for new messages
  • Document Library Viewer for easy access while on-the-go
  • Location Tracker for compliance and travel logging

This month, beta testers will see document enhancements to active cases (uploading, filtering, visual improvements), push notifications for new document upload requests, and badge notifications for unread messages and upload requests.

Case Notifications Improvements

Through data analysis, user feedback and stakeholder interviews, we know our case notifications and subsequent landing pages could be enhanced. An improvement in these areas should lessen unnecessary communication back and forth, ultimately speeding case progression and reducing our customer’s anxiety.

Stay tuned for more product updates, information and new releases.

Pro-tip: The Envoy team works in Agile. The Agile movement seeks alternatives to traditional project management. Agile approaches help teams respond to unpredictability through incremental, iterative work cadences and empirical feedback. Agilists propose alternatives to waterfall or traditional sequential development. Read more here.
