The first few months of 2020 saw a great deal of policy updates and news that impact employment-based immigration. From a final decision on the public charge rule for nonimmigrant visas and green cards to an expanded travel ban, employers had a lot to keep up with. In addition, the Covid-19 outbreak continued to impact travel and immigration.
